Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of McCorquodale Health & Life Insurance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Professional Licensing

Charles McCorquodale holds a valid Alabama insurance license and is affiliated with HealthMarkets. He is a former trial attorney with a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University (1998) and B.A. from University of the South (1995).

No Guarantee of Coverage

While we work diligently to help you obtain insurance coverage, we cannot guarantee that any insurance company will approve your application. Final approval decisions rest with the insurance carriers, and coverage is subject to their underwriting guidelines.

McCorquodale Health & Life Insurance's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Alabama law. We are not liable for decisions made by insurance carriers regarding coverage, claims, or underwriting.

Service Area

Our services are available to residents within a 30-mile radius of Mobile, Alabama, including Mobile County and Baldwin County. Services may be limited outside this area.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
